With its refined elegance, Ponte di Legno has managed to retain the charm of a mountain village. The silence and magic of this place are an irresistible lure for those seeking deep contact with nature. Nestled on an expansive and sunny plateau at an altitude of 1,258 metres, Ponte di Legno is an important health resort and mountain tourist hub, both in summer and winter, considered by all to be the undisputed capital of the Alta Valle Camonica.
In winter, it offers pistes of various levels, linked to those of the Temù, Ghiacciaio Presena and Passo Tonale ski area. Equipped with a snow-making system, the 8 pistes are served by 5 lifts. A cable car connects Ponte di Legno to Passo Tonale in just 14 minutes, offering beautiful views of the mountains of the Alta Valle Camonica along the way.
